the story of mine

Over the past few years, it has become increasingly easy to eat tasty foods, and indulge in activities that we consider entertaining. But little do we realise just how detrimental our habits can be in the long run, especially when it comes to our diets and lifestyles. As a person who has lived and breathed fitness and health for years on end, I have taken the steps necessary to become my healthiest and strongest.

But it has not always been easy. I was overweight for a long time and had experienced issues with my mental health as well. This, has, however, helped me understand the challenges that many of us face on the daily. 

My passion for mental health, nutrition, and holistic living stems from a deeply personal journey that I have navigated through. This has helped me understand the profound impact of nutrition on our overall health and the intricate networks and connections that form the mental health of a human being.

With that being said, I have taken it upon myself to help people inculcate healthy practices as I have. Of course, this has proven to be trickier than expected, and that is why I have decided to take on three of the most important aspects of healthy living in my writings –  through diet, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.
